The core members of Queens of the Stone Age (QOTSA) are Joshua Homme (vocals, guitar), Troy Van Leeuwen (guitar, keyboards), Michael Shuman (bass), and Jon Theodore (drums). However, the band has had several lineup changes over the years.
Regarding other projects, Joshua Homme has been involved in various musical ventures, including the supergroup Them Crooked Vultures (with Dave Grohl and John Paul Jones) and his side project, Desert Sessions. Troy Van Leeuwen has played with bands like A Perfect Circle and Failure, while Jon Theodore has drummed for The Mars Volta.
