Refunds and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with me! I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but I understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why I offer a straightforward return policy.
If you need to return an item, please do so within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and with all original packaging and tags attached. Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
Please note that I cannot accept returns on certain items, including gift cards and apparel.
If your item is eligible for return, please contact me to initiate the return process. I will provide you with instructions for returning the item. Once I receive the returned item and verify that it is in its original condition, I will issue a refund to your original form of payment.
Please be aware that if you return an item that is not in its original condition, you may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
